Ingredients

For the Garlic Chicken Filling

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Creamy Cheese Sauce

  • ½ cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

For Assembly

  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

How to Make Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Step 1: Season the Chicken

In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Garlic Cream Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (do not let it burn).
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth and creamy.

Step 4: Add the Cheese

Lower the heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
Cook gently, stirring constantly, until the cheeses melt and the sauce becomes thick and velvety.


Step 5: Combine Chicken & Sauce

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.
Stir until all the chicken pieces are fully coated in the cheesy garlic sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to let the flavors combine.

Step 6: Assemble the Wraps

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry pan or microwave.
Spoon a generous amount of cheesy garlic chicken filling onto each tortilla.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into wraps.
