Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced flank steak with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove beef from the pan and set aside.
- Add the remaining oil to the pan. Stir-fry bell peppers and onion for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the beef to the pan and stir to combine.
- In a small bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables. Stir and cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
