  2. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the sausage and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  6. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  7. Add shredded cheese and cream cheese, then mix until creamy and well combined.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Open the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.

  2. Sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
  3. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and fully cooked.

 Serving Suggestions

  • Serve warm so the cheese stays melted and gooey.
  • Pair with dipping sauces like:
    • Garlic sauce
    • Ketchup
    • Mustard
    • Ranch dressing

 Tips for Best Results

  • Let the filling cool slightly before placing it on the dough (prevents sogginess).
  • Don’t overfill the ring or it may open while baking.
  • Use spicy sausage if you want extra flavor.
  • You can add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for variation.

 Variations

  • Chicken Version: Replace sausage with cooked shredded chicken.
  • Vegetarian: Use sautéed vegetables and cheese only.
  • Spicy: Add chili flakes or hot sauce.
  • Breakfast Style: Add scrambled eggs to the filling.

 Storage & Reheating

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for best texture.
  • Avoid microwaving too long (it can make the dough soft).
