Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (very cold)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (3 oz / 85 g) Jello gelatin powder (strawberry, raspberry, cherry, lemon, or any flavor you like)
- ½ cup hot water
- ½ cup cold water

- Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, peaches, etc.)
- Crushed biscuits, cookies, or graham crackers
- Mini marshmallows
- Chocolate chips or chocolate shavings
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Jello
- In a medium bowl, add the Jello gelatin powder.
- Pour in ½ cup hot water and stir well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Add ½ cup cold water and mix again.
- Set the Jello aside at room temperature until it cools and becomes slightly thick.
- Important: Do not let it fully set.
Step 2: Whip the Cream
- In a large mixing bowl, pour the cold heavy whipping cream.
- Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat on medium speed for about 1–2 minutes.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Continue beating until soft to medium peaks form.
- The cream should be fluffy and smooth, not stiff.
Step 3: Combine the Mixture
- Slowly pour the cooled (not set) Jello into the whipped cream.
- Gently fold using a spatula until fully combined.
- Mix carefully to keep the texture light and airy.
- If using fruit, marshmallows, or biscuits, fold them in gently at this stage.
Step 4: Chill and Set
- Pour the mixture into individual dessert cups, a glass bowl, or a serving dish.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until fully set.
